Why would I want to sign a Buyer’s Agreement?
Virginia Law requires a Sales Agent to advise the customer or client whom they are representing. As your buyer agent we represent your best interest. The Go Straley Group is most often a Trusted Advisor referred by a past client, however, if you are new to the process you might wish to ask for a short agreement based on the homes we preview. It’s a getting to know you for the first week and then when we have earned your trust we will request an ongoing commitment so we are fully vested to exceed your expectations.
How will a Buyer’s Agent Know What is Important to Me?
Go Straley Group begins with a Buyer Survey Form so we might begin with your priorities and buyer preferences. We ask Questions and Listen. Our communication skills are studied and we verify your satisfaction each step of the way. If it’s important to you - let’s put it in writing.
Can you Save Me Time and Money?
We begin with the end in mind. We strategize the process so your expectations are clear. We understand both time and money are important. You make the decisions and we provide the process. We not only prevent but anticipate money leaks and you are the CEO on this team.
How will I know what my responsibilities are along the way?
Go Straley Group has a system and we educate and guide the process every step of the way. We repeat and verify, and explain and review next steps. If you have questions outside of the REALTOR® expertise we provide professionals you might also rely upon. All questions will be answered and your team will be complete with experienced professionals every step of the way.
What if I cannot find the house I want?
Go Straley Group is patient and all things happen in time; with a disciplined effort and expertise our search can be widened or narrowed to fit your needs. In time your needs and wants will be defined so the perfect home will appear, and when it’s right you know it! There is no cancellation fee and we are paid on successful completion of settlement.
What will it cost me?
We have a business plan that provides concierge service for a fair and reasonable price. We believe in equal weights and measures so your costs are predetermined and most often paid through the MLS agreement between sellers and agents. If the fees are not covered by the MLS Broker Cooperation, or you choose to look at unlisted properties, such as for sale by owner, you will be advised prior to viewing the property.
