How much are the classes?
Classes in the eXp World are discounted to about $100 a day, plus or minus for Early Bird SignUps. Classes will increase in cost if you are signing up in the last two weeks before class.
Are there additional Costs to the Class?
https://www.nar.realtor/education/designations-and-certifications National Association of REALTORS® sets the cost for Certification (a one time fee) and Designation (an ongoing membership). Each course has a different blueprint and you can learn more by searching your class on the link above.
Why can’t I get CE Credit for Designations & Certifications
Currently Go Straley Seminars and eXp Realty are offering courses on a National Level. CE Credit is approved by your State Real Estate Commission or Board. Each State requires a submission per course and attendance records per student. It is not possible to add this service, at this time, based on the low cost per class. If your broker would like to submit to your state for CE Credit, and monitor and submit attendance of the students - please ask them to call Go Straley Seminars at 540-379-1949.
Who can take the Go Straley Seminar National Association of REALTORS® Designation and Certification Courses?
All REALTORS® are eligible to attend Go Straley Seminars instruction in the eXp Realty and VirBela platforms. Registration is the same as above and there are instructions to gain access to the eXp World. Request a guest pass by texting Go Straley Seminars at 540-379-1949.
Where are the Classes held and how do I get there?
NAR® courses are licensed by NAR® and its associated councils. Attendees must register and pay for courses and therefore a password is issued to all registered Attendees.
Most courses online will be offered in the eXp World. Once you have entered the World at the Welcome Center you will see a dropdown GOTO list in the top right of your screen. GoTo eXp University - Extension - Complete Passcode Requirements - You will then Transport to Classroom.
Is this “LIVE” or “Pre-Recorded” Class? How do I interact?
All NAR® Courses are delivered live and interactive. There are room for about 50 persons per classroom and participation is required for approval of attendance. There are three media screens, and main screen will deliver the powerpoint course. Other screens may be utilized for demonstration, videos, pdfs and customization. Additionally, it is important to note there is a chat box. Please sign in when entering the classroom by typing in your name - city and state. It is important you maintain activity through movement, voice and chat. Attendance records and approval will largely rely upon your interaction throughout the day, so be consistent and repetitive in chat responses, workgroups and discussions.
How do I get class materials?
NAR® Designation and Certification classes each have a highly professional student manual developed by National REALTOR® Instructors. Your student manual will be delivered within your confirmation email and the week before class in a follow up reminder email. Please save this Student Manual for easy access and if possible download and print for integration of the material with the instructors.
What if I am having difficulty signing into the World or Class?
eXp World is a phenomenal collaboration tool and one of the main benefits that comes with being an agent at eXp Realty. The new link is accessible from your Enterprise launch pad by clicking the “eXp World, Invite/Access eXp World” tile.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Classes are offered and must be paid prior to attendance through the online link. If you would like to reschedule a class you may go to your Confirmation email and use the “reschedule button” for ease and convenience. Not all courses will have the reschedule button and if necessary please text 540-379-1949.
There is no cancellation of courses offered at this time, however a credit will be established for you at the cost you paid (minus the banking fee charged). All courses are assessed a banking transfer fee and the remainder fee is credited to Go Straley Seminars which will be the amount of your credit for future class.
Do I have to attend all day?
Yes, It’s fun to interact in class through voice and chat! The classroom environment is safe, welcome and invited - so shake off your fears!
Often classes break into groups which are fun and interactive to work with just a few colleagues and then contribute to the larger class as a group. All attendees are required to participate in the groups.
Chat freely, answer questions and you will enhance learning that leads to implementation.
The chat box is on the lower left of your screen. To speak you may hold the one key - while talking - and release when done.
NAR® GUIDELINES REQUIRE FULL ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION. All attendees should be in classroom prior to start time, and exit only after completion time.
If you are delayed or need to leave early you must inform the instructor. No more than 30 minutes can be missed to receive attendance credit.
It is MOST IMPORTANT to reply in chat box when audience participation is requested. As you are not physically viewed as would happen in a classroom or zoom call, chatting and periodic attendance will be the format to determine and PROOF OF ATTENDANCE.
